Dr. Portia J. Bell and her team provided such a warm, professional, and caring experience from start to finish! The office was clean, welcoming, and everyone made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Bell was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. If you need teeth brushing lessons, this is the place for you! As a matter of fact, this place is so thorough, I couldn't even get the cleaning I requested (2 months now on the books) without going twice. First: "Greet your Grill" aka, this could've been a FaceTime/TeleHealth visit: Nobody told me this when I booked 2 months ago, but they look at your teeth (or lack thereof) first and then decide how much to charge you (based on how bad or good it is) and then I had to come back to actually get the cleaning and get charged again. Make a plan of what they can fix in the future and how much they can use your benefits. Second Visit: What I Actually Asked For was expected because that's what I asked for. (But Didn't happen) The office help is tacky and unprofessional. When called out on it, they can't take feedback and just cancel the appointment. Obviously, they don't know how to handle difficult situations and would rather cancel your appointment than take ownership. I'd looked forward to this appointment for months. The office took all my personal information down. I feel scammed. Because who is going back and forth like this to have a simple dental hygiene appointment? T

I am so glad and relieved that I've found my adulthood dental office! This dental team works very well collectively and full of compassion. Thorough and skilled procedures were done during my initial appointment. I am now aware of everything I need to know to get my smile back on track!! Thank you, Dr. Bell and staff!

It was an awesome experience I had not been to the dentist in a long long time. And when I first walked in the professional level was amazing from the front desk all the way to the dental assistant and hygienist. Dr Bell herself is amazing and very very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back and start on my healthy smile.
